Our Policies

New Guests: 

We are excited for your interest in booking at Bri.Kol Beauty Boutique. For the protection of our stylists livelihood, we require a $50 deposit prior to booking color services. This deposit will go towards your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve time exclusively for your appointment and we understand that situations arise, which may result in cancelling your appointment. We respectfully ask that you do so 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled less then 48 hours of your scheduled time will result in a fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service and or services. 

Late Policy:

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time to your appointments. We offer a 10 minute grace period if you arrive late to your appointment. If you arrive more then 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged an additional $25 late fee to your service total. Please keep in mind your stylist may need to alter your original booked service and it is at your stylists discretion on whether your appointment will need to be rescheduled. 

Salon Atmosphere:

We kindly ask that you do not bring your children to accompany you while you are in our hands. It is in everyone's best interest that your little stays safe and we can provide an amazing experience for you. Please keep cell phone use to a minimum. We ask that if you need to use your phone please use earbuds to respect others trying to relax around you. 

Complaints Policy:

In the case that you are dissatisfied with a service we ask that you contact that salon within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. 

After 48 hours appointments booked may result in appointment fees.
